Still re-listening to Witch by © / Leslie Winer, 1993 (Transglobal)

I actually thought I already had a copy of this record, dug the vinyl out the other night, but put it on to discover it was just a two track 12” promo. Guess I lost the album in one of many moves. My Friday mission was to find a replacement, original vinyl copy. Amazingly, I tracked it down online pretty damn quick. That was pleasant surprise enough, then noticed where I was buying it from. Turned out to be a store here in Edinburgh. Walked over to pick it up today and received a pretty much unplayed, virgin vinyl copy. Store owner was a lovely chap, so bought a couple other things - old Happy Go Licky and Dinosaur Jnr records. So, found what I wanted and discovered I also have a good record store to frequent 10 minutes from my house.

Yep. This is probably entirely mundane and boring. But it’s good to write it out, it’s nice to have it proven once in a while… that some things, and some days, just work out.
